The process of making latex gloves.

    One of the most impressive aspects of latex glove making is the constantly moving hand model. The models are soaked in clean water, followed by sanitizer, machine scrubbing, boiling water disinfection and air drying.

    Once the cleaning is done, the hand models are soaked in a pool filled with liquid latex.

    Next, the hand model is dried and some chemicals are added to set it. A slit is cut between the glove and the hand mold by the machine, and the glove is removed from the hand mold by hand and passed the quality inspection.

    These gloves are then dyed according to different needs.
